Buckwheat (lat. Fagopyrum esculentum) has been cultivated in Europe and Asia for centuries and has experienced a real renaissance in the past few years: Despite the similarity in name, buckwheat is not related to wheat and therefore contains no gluten. This is one of the reasons why flour, based on buckwheat seeds, gain more and more popularity and importance.
What is Cultavit® buckwheat seed powder?
Cultavit® buckwheat seed powder is produced by using a natural sprouting process of certified organic buckwheat. The procedure is the result of years of research, resulting in powders standartised precisely to essential vitamins and trace elements with a multiple of the recommended daily intake of nutrients in a single gram.
What does Cultavit® buckwheat seed powder provide?
We offer a whole range of different formulations under the brand name Cultavit®. All B-Vitamins, vegan certified vitamin D3 and the trace elements chromium, iron, copper manganese, selenium and zinc are available in more than 25 different combinations. The content of nutrients ranges optionally from approx. 50% to 500% of the recommended daily allowance per gram of buckwheat.

What makes Cultavit® Buckwheat Seed Powder unique?
Cultavit® buckwheat seed powders are unique in the world in in terms of dosage, variety of nutrients and nutrient combinations. Since it is not a mixture of buckwheat with vitamins/trace elements, but the nutrients are present in the buckwheat, it is not a fortification in the sense of Reg. (EU) 1925/2006. The nutrients do not have to be declared individually.
